Sadly too many flyers fans are believing Coma Man and his support for the coach etc. With Hextall running this show things are only going to get worse and will hit rock bottom one day when he is canned and the franchise is beyond repair. How can Flyer fans accept losing regularly and then being told everything is under control. Hextall was a mental case when he played goal and nothing has changed.

agree. The fire the GM comments are utterly ridiculous. All I can say is its a good thing GMs don't make reactionary decisions like some fans would make. My view on the comments basically is Hextall knows its a fragile team with some young players and while he is clear that the current level of play is not acceptable, he isn't ready to crush them for their play. Point out the positives. The people who think Hextall is ok with losing are out of their minds. did they not see him as a player?

We want a rebuild thru the draft until it takes too long and now its fire everyone, trade everyone, bench everyone. Fans are maddening sometimes.

I look at the farm system, and yes, picks have to pan out, and can't help to look forward to the continued rebuild of the team. the time will come over the next 1-3 years where Filppula, Lehtera, Read, AMAC and Weiss will be gone and replaced with younger players and the likes of TK, Patrick, Sanheim, etc will carve out larger roles. Yes I want it to be sooner but I understand more often than not it doesn't happen overnight.

Your certainly not doing a very good job of contributing anything except extending the losing streak, I agree your life is a tire fire but until you wake up and smell the coffee nobody can help you.
