I have no idea what your work environment is like, but what is your go to move if you are in a long hallway and you see someone you know walking towards you but all the way at the other end of the hall and you make eye contact long before you are about to pass each other?

Hate running into people I know at the store. It's infuriating pretending to give a poop about them when all I want to do is buy some goddamn beans.

Ugh i guess maybe a half nod about 20 feet out, then a mumbled “hows it goin” as we pass
Called some guy Sean the other day. His name is Kevin. Sent an email apologizing after i realized. And had to make a lame joke the next day when i saw him.
