I'm not saying he was the best, but comparative to Andrew I would take Kevin.
EDIT: I would not support him, if he supported Sandusky. |

That is oddly specific.
I always liked his take on the team and listening to him. |

He definitely was a generic voice on the radio.
It was like Matt Coller. Good ideas, especially if you like analytics, but overall a throw away. |

I am curious about homie's comment about a certain player possibly going to the Southern California area.
Any additional insight?
If we had to guess who the players that would be sold for the price levels, what are your thoughts?
$0.50 - 28, 22, 26?
$0.80 - 90, 21, 6, 19,?
$1.50 - 9, 55? |

SPECTOR’S NOTE: Seravalli’s colleague Darren Dreger yesterday reported the Oilers and Pittsburgh Penguins are among the clubs inquiring into the availability of Johnson and Sabres starter Robin Lehner. While Johnson’s struggled this season, he has decent career numbers (2.52 goals-against average, .913 save percentage) as a backup. If he’s available, the asking price could be a draft pick, perhaps a fourth-round selection. I don’t see the Sabres trading Lehner.

Ship them both out
If it’s a 4th for Johnson, can we get a 2nd for Lehner?
We sure as hell aren’t getting a 1st |

Except Lou has been pretty good during his tenure with the Leafs not overpaying the players. This will be admittedly harder with brutal GM's handing out contracts like Eichel's. He's not worth it.
Prior to McDavid and Eichel's bloated contracts I would have bet Matthews could have been signed for under $10 mln. Now with Jack as a comparable signed for $10 mln, a lesser player than Matthews, that task becomes much more difficult. That said, Matthews seems much less self-centered, and playing in Toronto he will have many lucrative endorsement deals on the table (relative to playing in Buffalo and doing commercials for Lockport Gambino Ford), so maybe he takes a bit of a discount.
I think the leafs could use those bloated contracts, and the fact that both teams are looking like they'll miss the playoffs to get them to take a bit less. The Sabres have 60 million already committed to 13 players next season. No goalie signed, no Evander Kane, does not include Sam Reinharts increase, and the Oilers are not looking any better.
Yes it is wishful thinking that the 3 kids take less, but at the same time I have 100% faith in the current leafs management to either get them signed to reasonable contracts, or find another solution that will also workout.
Expect Marner/Matthews/Nylander all to take discount deals.
Round and round we go.

If it’s the Ducks, I’m intrigued
I like their Defensemen for the most part
I’m a pretty big O’Reilly supporter,
but him for Manson + Larsson fixes our defense
I doubt they’d give us 2 defensemen though, maybe if we sent one back like Beaulieu?
If it’s the Kings.... f#ck no |

Wishful thinking hell yes but, Doughty said he is not going to take a discount.
Maybe the Kings know they cant sign him.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Doughty moved.
Hell I'd take Dustin Brown cap dump back with it too. |

This is correct. Onto Carolina, Nashville or Philly. |
