I don't think it's that dire, although hard to argue with the current record. Like you've pointed out before, I think this team is missing a clear #2 and by extension a complete core.

I have no doubt adding guys like E-Rod, Bailey, Nylander etc down the road will provide better depth, but getting the difference makers is the tough part
