I don't think Bo is like either Sedin different type of players. Bo has offence , a good face off guy , faster and defensively responsible despite his early plus/ minus numbers. I would look at his style more like Bergeron - VANTEL
I think Horvat needs to work on the defensive side of his game but ya a Bergeron type player I can see. |

Perhaps, I hope you're right, I just don't see it myself. Like I just said, if he can be like Brad Richards I think Gillis made a great pick there and the Canucks would be more than happy.
But back to my original statement, I don't see him as a special player in the NHL. - LeftCoaster
I will chime in before someone jumps all over you. You are not saying anything bad about Bo you just haven't put him in the upper class of the NHL which is fine.
I do think he is inching closer to the latter. He did play the all star game but that was an easy choice on a sad sack team.I like his growth every year |

I've known Darren Turcotte and his family since I was a kid. Interesting that I never knew he was born in Boston. I've always known his family to be from North Bay, although his dad Butch was from my home town. |

Bo is here to win cups. He's a player you want on your team in the playoffs. |

Brad Richards has a higher career ppg over Henrik Sedin by 1 point. 67-66 over 82 games - manvanfan
And? You're saying he was better than Henrik Sedin? I think Henrik was a better player at his peak, but that's just me. Richards was a good NHL center, but again not a special player.
Since the year 2001 no one in the league has more assits than Henrik except Joe Thornton. Henrik won a Hart Trophy and an Art Ross Trophy, to me he was a special player. |

Yeah I saw that and also that he played WJC for them which I never knew, although I may have been told. He's a few years older than I am but I know him from his dad's hockey camp originally, then we golfed and shot pool together later in life. |

I love the kid, he's improving and he'll be a great Canuck, like Linden, but I haven't seen anything to suggest he's gonna be a great NHL'er.
Hopefully he proves me wrong and wins a Conn Smythe trophy as playoff MVP in a Cup win |

Do you think Hank would trade his trophies that he has for a ring and the Conn Smythe? |

Players that are both known for their scoring only pretty much. Over an entire career to have pretty much the exact same PPG.
2003–04: NHL Stanley Cup Champion (Tampa Bay Lightning)
2003–04: NHL Conn Smythe Trophy (Playoff MVP)
2003–04: NHL Lady Byng Trophy (Sportsmanship)
2014–15: NHL Stanley Cup Champion (Chicago Blackhawks)
Do you think that Hank would give up his Hart and Art ross for 2 cup rings?
Honestly looking at the 2 of them. They are equal. I don't even understand how you can put Henrik ahead of Richards. Other then your own personal feelings.
Feelings don't mean much to me. |

It's a nice treat at Christmas, and they make a limited amount so it sells out quickly. |

I think I gave you my reasons why, to me Henrik was a better player than Brad Richards and he didn't have as many good players to play with either. |

Redundant. Every player would. |
