I get that prospects are playing in other leagues but Comets still suck. There is no guarantee that Dahlen Pettersson or Lockwood will be playing on the Comets. A team that finishes n the bottom should have a stronger farm team. They should not be as bad as Comets are this year

I would guess the majority of player still come from the CHL vs the Div 1 teams in the USA (excluding Europe) but you're right it is a better breeding ground for players now more so than ever and they're drafting some great college kids now.

I agree the USHL has gotten much better recently, but have yet to develop a superstar, which we are desperately in need of.

A lot of great players in the leagues top 50 in scoring are Europeans, why haven't the Canucks hit on more Euro's?

I wonder how many kids get taken out of the USHL vs NCAA division 1 right now?
