The way I see it, if you can't get much value in a trade for Nash why not keep just keep him? He still brings value in his two way game that can help the team come playoff time plus his salary comes off the books end of the year anyway.

The way everyone trashes Nash what do they think he will bring in a trade. I think at this point their is more value to just hold onto him

Lets forget the two great passes he made last night that led to goals (esp the Fast goal). I do agree he wont we be back next year unless he takes big paycut (which he might), but if you arent going to get a first rd pick this year for him, no point in trading him. He is extremely valuable to this team right now, and for the rest of the year. The money at this point is spent, so why are you worried about it?

Ya i think ultimately they keep him for the playoff push and lose him for nothing in the offseason. Too many rfa's to pay to try and fit him AND add to this group next summer

Watched Friday nights Caps game, was at the NYR Devils game...Caps basically manhandled us. Too big, and too skilled. Now that Zucc scored 2 goals, I guess he is back in our good books.... Not mine, I think he a waste of space... We are too weak with far too many passengers. NYR-NJD game makes us feel good, but NJD didnt show up, otherwise we would have lost... I fear we will be sellers at the trade deadline, with no customers, unless we dangle McD or BradyS.. Our leading scorer in Grabner, for goodness sakes... There, I vented.... I feel better.. Same thing every year, will be disappointed again and say mediocrity sucks, loose but still no studs being drafted..
