Just caught the rest of the hilts wow…is MNGT still thinking playoffs? - LordHumungous
Did they..? Maybe they just want to stay in the bubble race longer then be a joke in December. At least for development but yeah there are probably selfish business reasons as well. |

As long as we don't pick 10th or 15th. Something weird about those spots. - manvanfan
Yeah everyone has a sweet spot on what feels better. In the grand plan you just hope the right call was made or the variables work out whichever takes credit for the pick.
But universally speaking winning the lotto for once sure would feel good about getting that stated outcome. |

Really now based on what specifically? Not adhering to your views on tanking? This drum beat of hearalding losses as a step closer to improvement is facsinating. But the notion and facts can have a different distinction when broken down.
If it challenges your propensities then sorry for piercing any bubble of pre-conceived notions. As exchanges to interpretation are meant to expand understanding not fuel intolerance. - Nuck4U
This is not condescending or pompous at all.

No, but thanks for projecting all that on me. As well, diluting your responses with complex academia-style wording doesn't make your argument any stronger, it just makes it convoluted.
This is not condescending or pompous at all.

How nice of you to provide your royal decree. Do you feel better now adding some snark to your own? No... wait... lets conform to one view on the Canucks or whatever is best and then serenity will reign. As a gift...here is the first decree... I am always wrong and you are always right. Yeah...peace on earth.

Exactly just as the gif wash didn't add to anything. Look it's great if you think differently. Having variety of views is good. So why callously dismiss and demean the merit that there is another way of looking at things? |

I feel as if I see a bunch of Cloutier old tricks in the two goalies. He was never that good of a goalie. I'm not sure how he got the job.

Remember Clouts as a fiesty goalie that liked to fight. I don't know if coaching craft is carved from player performance results. He could know how to teach the position but not have been the best at playing it. But your point is taken. Perhaps he's not preparing them well enough if both goalies are letting in early or soft goals. |

Having a variety of views is great, having someone/some people dogmatically stick to their opinions in light of research and facts is dumbfounding. Especially when it's something concrete like percentages and numbers.
Look, I think you get a shorter end of the stick around here on some things, but dear god the majority of it is you. If you step back and see how many people have a problem with you/think you're a problem, even if you don't know why or think everyone else is wrong, that has to be somewhat concerning and enlightening. The sheer volume. There's no great conspiracy: you rub the vast majority of people the wrong way, constantly. |

Math and facts belong in the same pile of trash, we don't want either in here.
Also, I was traveling and mused the game, what did Jake do too piss them off so bad? |

Bad habits are hard to break for most players. The early and soft goals are hurting a team that is trying and trying is all they got.
Are we just starting to see the same thing the team missed last year in Dorsett and Gudbranson? With the help of missing Bo and Sven. |
