Obviously with the injuries they have a right to change that position now. The people who figured this team was bad from day 1 are pretty much saying the same things they said during training camp.

Most predicted our team be marginally better than last year if healthy. If many believed hansen and burrows were better contributors than some on this team last year, and are hèalthy scratches on different teams this year, what does that say about half our current roster lol. I always plug our current players on good teams and see where they would "fit". I have realized that 3/4 of them dont really belong anywhere but the canucks lol

I think this is what some people point out with some of the players on the team and it leads to arguments over which fringe player is better than the other. In the end, a decent amount of these guys would struggle to crack the everyday healthy lineup of good teams.

82 Game season. Depth and dealing with injuries is apart of NHL hockey. Most people knew the defense would suck again when Tanev misses his 15-20. Most knew the goalies weren't legit NHL starters. Most knew that scoring goals would once again be a a struggle.

Canucks have been hit hard with injuries, but the lack of quality on this team was why people thought they weren't good.

The results were really quite different this season then they were last season. Missing a lot of key players right now. I don't get how that makes the team bad? It shows a lack of depth. I don't know how that makes a team bad.
