Dahlin for sure, Boqvist is said to be a tweener (could potentially make the jump, but may not be able to). Quinton Hughes will need more time but is very talented. Not sure about the rest yet, but that's what I've read thus far. Tough to tell until they can be seen at the combine with the other "quality prospects".

Where did all this Pysyk talk come from, all I mentioned was the Canucks and Kane, nothing about the Panthers.

This is awesome, I remember that feeling in your gut of "nothing else matters other than putting the puck in the net" .

When I was 7 I watched Hasek and was hooked, I begged until I was signed up got to finally play goalie! I wore my full player gear and put on the goalie equipment over it all because I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. All I wanted to do was play goalie (until I realized how much more fun it is to score on a goalie!).

The referees probably applied the rule correctly, but NFL needs to hire some unemployed philosophy grads to determine whether "the right thing" supercedes the letter of the law. I still maintain the second the ball crossed the goal line while in control, it was a touchdown

Sent back to the AHL to work on his two way game. One of the leading scorers per game in the A.

On a side note, CJ Smith is the 4th leading scorer in the AHL.

Picking up a potentially lottery 1st rounder would a fantastic return for Kane. Would really allow us to add more (hopefully) defensive prospect depth.

Botts has done an amazing job revitalizing the Amerks, but that has a lot to do with the kind of vets he brought in and not enough from the prospects, Guhle and Smith not withstanding.

I wonder if Juolevi would be made available if Goldobin isn't possible. Seems his stock has fallen behind.

I agree with the lottery 1st (would it be lottery protected though?) but we need help sooner, so I would guess it would have to be a close to nhl prospect or top prospect (two years away). With Vancouver and injuries they have had, I dont think they have NHL ready players they can trade at this time.

No thunder has been stolen.

I trust that the only reason he's still down there is because Botts thinks he needs to be. He seems to only be bringing up guys who have played here before, mid level guys. Smith, Guhle, Nylander.. I think they're viewed as our top guys and he really wants to handle them with kid gloves until they're 100% ready.

Yes, I know all those guys had a cup of coffee up here. But they haven't returned since Botts took over, and I bet there's a really good reason for that. He's not touching them despite their steady progression, and in CJ's case, domination.
