Sure, but you have to bench them too when they start doing stupid things or you'll become the Oilers/Avs. JV has been pretty responsible so it's frustrating to see him not get more ice sometimes.

It's a fine balance.

These aren't 18 year old kids.

I don't hate the team. I hate when they put in a poop performance like that. You want to win, you better bring it every night.

Especially the goaltenders.

Brock and Bo will still be good players when they're back. You're acting like they tore their ACL's.

Forces Green to give Goblin/JV a longer leash too.

Development is a finigy thing... momentum can go a long way and being in the right role.

Irrelevant.

Young/inexperienced NHL players of all ages still need to round their games out and work on consistency.

Not just 18 year olds. A 19 year old doesn't suddenly just become NHL-ready after blowing out his birthday candles.

Lets face it, the team lost it the moment brock got hurt. The poophouse luck continues.

Should be a great mentor/character for the kids to look up to.

He'd have credit on what not to do with early success for all those generational talents that will pile up on the "plan".

luck's got nothing to do with it.
i heard that Bettman was tampering with the equipment of Canucks, ensuring that they get injured.

Gonna have nights like this with a talentless roster, another couple years of losing and they'll be set.

Genuinely feel bad for the kid.
That's got to be a major bummer given the season he was having.

Let's hope for good news, could just be a precaution. Things could almost not get worst if he's out for 4-6 like everyone else.

Feeling is mutual, bud.

Most coaches don't think the way you do.

I don't know if I've ever seen anything like it? The whole top line is out.

Booner jokingly called 6 weeks last time he blocked one and went down. But BB was doing to good so its ordained with the blessing of the tanker vibe to go like that.

I havent seen it before. 2/3rds of checking line out , 2 of the top 4 defensemen, even the 2 defensemen in Utica, that were next to be called up, McEneny and Holm, all injured at once.
We are destined for that bottom 5 finish.
