Just make sure you buy "food grade" DE, sift it on all carpets, leave sit for 24-hours, vacuum up. In the meantime, sift some on your pet's fur and rub it all in, then try to towel them off so they don't groom too much off themselves. Food grade shouldn't cause any issues in your pet.

What DE does, is it dehydrates and micro-cuts the exoskeleton of all insects. It acts like microscopic razor-blades to exoskeletons.

Honestly, all over-the-counter flea medication is a scam.

If you cannot get any DE, use generous amounts of salt on all carpets, leave for a few days, vacuum up.
