I was being a smart ass when I posted that, to many people want him run out of town. He's a good player, every player in all sports have issues they are just making more out him due to the trade Murray made and all the " all star " players he gave up in the deal.

Same here . I like Kane and would cost way too much to replace his points . Remember getting rid of Roy ? never replaced his point production and still haven't .

Why wouldn't he want to shop around? I can't think of one reason.

I don't blame him, but for his prolific scoring this year, GMs can't forget that he's never scored a hat trick. Not saying that's the end all, be all, but goalscoring is his primary attribute and there are warning signs

Murray looked like a deer in the headlights with his end of season meeting with Pegula, looked through Pegula like he was glass, no answers what so ever. He only had excuses but no solutions.
