The old lady below us passed when I worked in Trump Parc east. I complained to the super for over a week before they went and checked on her. That was brutal, sorry you have to deal with that.

Again, ignoring RORs contribution in that department.

ROR has 8 goals this season, girgs has 8 in the past 105. We can do this dance all day, but the bottom line is ROR is on pace for 20 and the bottom half of the roster plus the guys he's supporting, and the D is on pace for about 35 combined

I miss the year we had 10 players with 20 or over goals . Or was real close to it if my brain cells remember back that far .

Paid $20k cash for the house 5 years ago. 2 apts, both 2 br 1 ba

We tell the tenants it’s $530/mo rent. State pays us $475/mo. If we get the rest that’s gravy.

When they move or die it’s a problem, but otherwise it’s pretty good ROI.

3rd on a team that can't score .For the money he is being paid . I expect 25-30 goals. We pay a goalie to stop the puck from going into our net .
