All good points.
Maybe an example would be antipin.
I did sell the tix. 1st 3 for $250 next 2 for $184 then the last 3 for 189. I was happy to get rid of them. I got worried on christmas eve and hit the panic button a bit. All on stubhub. Lost an average of $10 or so each. Any luck with yours? - Boss34
Somebody bought one for $250. I am still stuck with 3. I am lowering the price now. |

I have not heard Nylander's name at all this 2nd period.
EDIT: And on queue he gets an assist. |

I prefer to think of it that I lit a fire under his ass.
It's still odd given his tournament last year that he was an utter non factor until 12 minutes into the period.
Also, it's kind of weird to think that I play men's league games in that rink that they're playing on. Well, I did at least. I took this year off. |

I'm going to the game, but didn't want to deal with scalping them in the parking lot.
I thought it was going to be an easy sell. Someone contacted me on craigslist with my season ticket posting for seats and offered me 50 for the code to purchase. I sold him 1 for $70. Then we used my cousins code to "invest"
Should have taken $70 , he was looking for as many as he could get.
Hurts that both teams are not good. |

He needs it lol. All the bs that was thrown about eichel being "lazy" is actually applicable to Nylander. Imo thats pretty much all thats holding him back. He gets pucks to the net, good speed and pretty good hands/vision.
Last time the WJ's were in Buffalo the swedish team complained about playing their games there so the complaint kinda makes sense now after you told me that |

Last time, it was at Niagara University, about a half hour north of where they are now. The current rink hadn't even been conceptualized yet.
This is HarborCenter, where Canisius College, who is in the same conference, plays its games. |

They play Russia and the Czechs at Keybank Center. Their game against the Swiss is at HarborCenter. They only got one game at what was then HSBC Arena back in 2011 when they beat Canada in a shootout. |

This Canada Finland game should be the most competitive until the outdoor game on Friday.
On New Years' Eve, the US plays Finland at 4, and then the Russians play Sweden at 8, but with the Bills game being flexed to 4:25, nobody is going to be attending those games. |

It was. I had all session passes back then. This year, I decided to scalp to whatever game I wanted to. Ticket prices for the Canada-Finland game were dropping, but I couldn't get anyone else to go this late in the game. I have an event tonight at 8 as well. |

All the Canada games were well attended. I don't remember the Stubhub activity back then, but you could buy tickets to this game at a 30% discount with the MyOneBuffalo app for a while now. |

I only heard the story last night that the guy who was doing color commentary for Finnish radio last year ended up coaching them in the Relegation round. |

I think this is an excellent chance to see what hes made of.
This tournament as a whole should answer alot of questions about our prospects.
I am nervous for Nylander. I think he needs to absolutely shine here |

Feel like this is the sorta thing that makes an ownership group not want to host this again |

That's a good point, but not all of these guys will be drafted. Free agents now no where buffalo is and what we are about.
I remember Thurman thinking it was cool that he could go to the Knicks games when he was drafted. He had no idea where buffalo was in ny. - Boss34

I wonder if the novelty wears off. I love this tournament, and the fact that it's here, and I know Canadian cities have hosted it multiple times, but I am guessing 7 years is too few in between. Plus, pretty much every Canadian that goes to see this thing probably already went and saw them play in Toronto last year anyway. |
