History says so, buy outs were allowed both times CBA was negotiated. I like your optimism but who's to say the salary cap will be going up the next time they negotiate

Realistically selling any moveable veteran contract (minus Kane don't you (frank)ing dare Bowman!) is the best action plan. Keith, Seabrook, Anisimov, and Toews all available.

With the owners looking for a $650MM bonus from Seattle interests, I’m guessing (ok, maybe more hoping than guessing) that there won’t be a lock-out coming up.

If you moved Keith you could get a nice haul. I think the Hawks need to think about it, though he's NOT the problem. 19 and 7 are the issue

Hopefully both can be put on LTIR. After 2 straight seasons of major regression culminating in the biggest regression this year, I don't know if Toews will ever be more than a shell of his former self. Can we have trade-backs on Panarin? Half kidding, but Saad is an enigma as well. Panarin on pace for almost 80 points, Saad only 40. I loved that trade when it went down, but Saad is busting thus far.[img][/img]
