Botterill won't " walk the walk" and " talk the talk " like Murray did, Botterill isn't under a microscope to turn this team around ASAP. He's making his mark on this team his way and won't rush any players no matter what and that includes another year of putting the team together that he wants, that includes ticket sales also.

Murray got himself fired by his mishandling of the roster and his lack of knowledge as to how to build the team. Botterill is not being " watched " by Pegula, him and Housley will work together building this team.
