So, I am in NJ visiting friends, thought about going to this game, but
didn't end up going, not to be disappointed!
So, I ended up watching it on MSG+, Devils network. In the pregame show, they called the Sabres "The toothless Sabres", which might not be too far out of reality, but I thought that was a little too harsh. I was so glad the Sabres showed up for this game, and showed them Devils some Sabre-tooth!!

Sabres have been playing much better lately!
It might be too late for the playoffs, but they need to keep improving.
I thought we had the better of the plays against the Isles too.
You bet I am going to sport my Sabres hoodie tomorrow here in central NJ!!!

oh no doubt about it that goal against slovakia was just something and I was clearly wrong about him so far, but if you recall his draft year wasn't exactly eye popping by any stretch. At least not enough to suggest that his ceiling is higher than say Svechnikov/Tkachuk or one of the other d-men like hughes or merkley
