Fans boo the correct call. I hate poop like that.

Kane and Schmaltz are electric.

Still a good trade despite Panarin's success, but I will only consider it a W for Stan if Saad picks it up and that line 1 becomes a force it once was. Totally worth the shot given the type of game Saad plays. Hawks are a better team, a more legit force with Saad and not Panarin on this team. Not saying that means they win the Cup or anything, just that it was the right move to make.

If that's a penalty, than Toews should draw about 10 penalties a game!

REALLY like the way our team is playing

REALLY liking Hinostroza with Saad and Toews. That line is super fast. Same with the 8-38-88 line. That's a great top 6.

REALLY liking Oesterle and Murphy, glad to see Forsling is back. Keith and Seabrook need to keep the minutes down and that shouldn't be a problem if these other guys keep up the solid play.

REALLY like the overall pace of our play, we're a VERY fast team these days.

Starting to find a new groove again with solid line combos

We might be able to keep Hartman between 8 and 88, and have AA as our 3C when he's ready to go. Would really improve our overall forward depth if that happens AND if we can get Panik to find his form again:

Saad-Toews-Hinostroza
Schmaltz-Hartman-Kane
DeBrincat-Anisimov-Panik
Bouma-Wingles-Hayden
Sharp

Keith-Oesterle
Forsling-Rutta
Murphy-Seabrook
Kempny/Franson

Crawford
Forsberg/Glass

Why? Just to kill Hawks momentum. Hawks PP and PK are both not playoff worthy level at all. The PowerPlay is trash, it scored against the Oilers, because they are historically bad.

This is NOT the refs, this is just dumbpoop by the Hawks. Bouma with a terrible penalty. Hawks trying to give this game to the Rangers.

Indeed. Toews looks strong too. So far the team has looked solid.

Come on......Vinnie is carrying him !!
Toews lazy stick on the cross ice pass on their second goal, along with losing yet another key dzone draw. Without Hinestroza on that line tonight, it would be more of the same....he's stumbling and bumbling passes all over the place.
Sorry but his contributions are nowhere near where they need to be.

Now if this game goes into OT....I'll bet that Quenneville doesn't let Vinnie see the ice......even though he's been our best player tonight.

Is this post a parody? The 2nd goal, you mean the 5 on 3? Vinnie's goal was completely setup by Toews domination down low. Please go back to sleep.

Really loving the 1st line. Looks like Vinnie was spark needed to get Toews and Saad going.
