What makes the Isles top six the highlight of this team is that they are all top talent playing in their right roles. Can't say that about every other player except Greiss was always a backup and should stay as a backup to Halak. Halak may not be a top starter but he has been getting the number of starts to establish his rhythm. JB is an adequate top D and De Haan is also top four. Losing both has made a big difference. If Aho can work his way in and Pelech build consistency can keep them in the race.

btw Ho Sang might make mistakes but it seems isles are better with him in the lineup then without him.

Did i mention that beating we took from lanche was most embarassing than the Columbus , Boston and Dallas shellacking we took earlier in year.

I think I agree with this.........although to be fair, he was playing with the Isles before they lost DeHaan and Boychuk to injuries, so that could be the real reason they were playing better a month or so ago. Nevertheless, my hope, as I said yesterday, is that Beau and Ho-Sang develop some chemistry in B'port, and bring that back up to re-energize that 3rd line.
