For the record, I not a huge fan of TKachuk either. And Nylander has been invisible for the most part and tied for 3rd in Scoring is (7th in scoring or 21st in scoring), but the simple fact of the matter is he has scored 1 goal.
The other guy that's impressive is Bellows.. - gordong
reek has 10 points
necas has 9
next best is nylander and others tied with 7
that is 3rd

When you watch the effect middelstatd has on the game its night and day from nylander - Shadman306
my post had nothing to do with middelstadt
all you are doing is throwing the old toy under the bed and looking at the new toy here
and your toy must have been made in taiwan due to spelling error

just get BHH on it.. he will make sure it gets built overnight.. i wouldn't worry at all about property acquisition, design and permitting that's simple stuff that doesn't take time at all.. - IndianaSabresFan
Yes, and I'm sure there wouldn't be any environmental permitting needed for a tract of land needed to support a development of this magnitude! Tracts this big that aren't in Act 2 or have wetlands/waters present exist all over Western New York. |

It's not an issue of new toy syndrome, this is the same claim you made when you were a big reinhart fan
He's a better player right now than Nylander just simply based on their play away from the puck. |

Taiwanese toys are still fun.
I'm just saying if you look at the box score nylander is tied for the third best player in the tournament.
If you look at how he actually got those points, and somehow were able to find him hiding out there on the ice it tells an entirely different story.

the first player that popped into my head when reading some of the post-draft stuff was a smaller, more skilled joel armia...

I see primary assists and possible turning of the corner for nylander

They could lay down a stick on the ice and bounce the puck off of it on the powerplay and the stick would have 4 of the 7 points |

your giving buffalo fans WAY too much credit with this one
ask the average sabres fan at the tourney
hey where is casey in scoring for the tourney, they would all say first
hey where is nylander in scoring for the tourney, I don't know, 15th

if you are going to go old things that have nothing to do with todays permitting why not just use florida.. |

Reinhart would try and force a pass or hit the goalie in the chest with a wrister.
Don't get me wrong, I was glad that Nylander was loaned to Sweden for the WJC but I was really hoping for some sort of regained confidence.
At this point its just a lot of being a passenger. He most certainly has the skill to be leading the WJC in scoring but I just don't see and fire in his game.
I think he could be very good with Jack just based on play style, but the solution to all of our prospects under performing can't be "well with Jack he will he ok" |

i am sure at some point the historical society will claim somethign needs to be preserved as well... last time i drove into buffalo on the 190 i laughed at how crappy that drive looks... fixing that alone will help buffalo immensely |

only buffalo fans
1. Nylander is tied for 3rd in scoring for the tournament, god he stinks
2. Tkachuk is tied for 3rd in scoring for the tournament, god I really hope we get him - homiedclown
it's not really about points, it's about relevant points...we've seen mittelstadt score a late third period goal to tie a game and we saw him with two beautiful set-ups to help pull the us back from a 3-1 deficit...and tkachuk was on the other end of one of those plus scored in the shootout...
nothin personal, but do you remember any nylander points? |
