He had that one nice shot on the PP.
Other than that nothing - Shadman306
i'm pulling for the kid, regardless of what happens the rest of the way through this tourney...
nylander has been good, but not the difference-maker I and many others hoped he'd be, especially his third go-round |

Just looking at some advanced stats and I see our shootout stats. Only 1 shootout and the shooters were:
Josefson
Pominville
Reinhart
Think we'll EVER see that again?!

Once we trade Kane and Pouliot and maybe Girgs and Larsson, we'll get a look at
Smith-Eichel-Baptiste
Nylander-ROR-Reinhart
Bailey-Erod-Pominville

you still didn't remember one of nylanders points...I gave you three of mittelstadts without even blinking...
kinda twisted my words by leaving out the most important part--'relevant points'...especially from a player who's playing in his third wjc - Michael Pachla
I will help him out
Nylander had one nice goal, Some nice passing on the PP and one rush on his own that resulted in him losing the puck. |

With Filip Forsberg out for 4-6 weeks, would Nashville consider trading for Kane? I think that after watching last year's finals, it would seem Kane would be a good addition to a team that could not score against Pittsburgh (zero goals the last two games.) I am not too familiar with their prospects, but maybe Jack Dougherty or Alexandre Carrier could be good pieces to try to get in any trade that would happen. - adambuffalo

Bailey and Baptiste are a big question marks, especially Bailey. ROR may or may not be moved depends on what offers he gets, maybe an off season move though. You might see a very good winger come in for Eichel and another D man. The show may be Ulmarks soon but we will see. |

I am looking forward to Lehner being traded for a number 15 overall, and then we can rage for years about whether the 15 in that year is the equivalent of the 21 in the year we gave up. |

quite the quandary with him...at times he looks great, and then there are other times that he looks like Jason Kasdorf...and there's still the big question of breakaways (which he's gotten better at,) overtime (which has been rough) and the shootout (skunk-like,) all of which could be essential to a borderline team making it into the playoffs |

I think it's more reason to keep him. He isn't the problem as you said, he has his struggles but part of that is our mediocre defense. If the return is just a late 2nd round pick, is it really worth trading a starting goaltender?
Not saying it's crazy to do it, just that the juice doesn't justify the squeeze in my book. |

There are times Beady reminds me of GMTM. Other times, this being one of them, he reminds me of Wesley from Forrest Gump
