Florio just said none of these QBs are as good as any of the 1st rounders from last year. Ouch, how the mighty have fallen. |

As a Giants fan I truly hope he's wrong on that. |

In other news, Garth on Sabresbuzz just tweeted about 30 mins ago that the Sabres will win a Cup before the Leafs. There is no certainty, but given the current stat of the Sabres and their cap situation. only and idiot would make such a statement |

What's wrong with their cap situation? They have about 15M being freed up this year and over 25M by next year. They seem just fine. |

Ok, their payroll situation is great. No bad, long term contracts on the books. Top stars looking to get paid. I've change my mind. they're in great shape! |

Duclair was a one hit wonder. He stinks.
That’s why if he played an entire 82 game season this year he’d hit 22 goals and close to 40 points. |

How the hell did you get rid of Bogosian and Okposo?
Okposo has an NTC and Bogosian is earning over $5 million a year and is one of the worst defensemen in the league. |

Mike - reading your work has been the highlight of this dreadful season. I can't remember a worse season in the past 20 years of Sabres hockey. Thanks for sticking with it and giving us topics to banter about through this disaster. I hope we see at least 5-6 guys get moved between now and September. This season can't end fast enough - I am barely watching the games now other than a few minutes here and there. Been reduced to checking box scores in the morning most days. It's going to take a long time to dig out of Murray's mess, but I trust Botterill's plan for the team. - The_Inkwell
Really? You don’t remember us tanking? Losing on purpose? Fans even cheering for losses at the games? Then losing out on McDavid? |

If we're going to move assets, let waste one on moving Okposo's contract. At this point, what this team really needs is addition by subtraction. - sskkoo1
Easier said than done. Getting rid of Okposo would need his okay and would also cost us at least a first and dead salary of his contract staying in Buffalo. Getting Duclair would probably cost no more than a 3rd rounder. |

Homie has mentioned several times that Edmonton has been poking around on Kane with RNH as a potential player coming back. Last night an Edmonton source I have said that a potential trade was close, but Edmonton and Kane would have to agree to terms on a long-term deal. Like Homie mentioned, Kane is looking for 7.5-8M a year on a long-term deal. - Pegullaville
Ya RNH is exactly what we need. Another centre. We definitely don’t have enough in Eich, Mittlestadt, ROR, Reinhart, Girgensons, Larsson definitely isn’t enough at centre. If this happens I will puke. and will be calling for JB’s head... |

Thinking 7m tops. Save the 8m for 30 goal scorers please - cabin
Kane is a 30 goal scorer. With McDavid he’s a 40+ goal scorer. |

I’m pretty much over Ryan O’Reilly i’m hoping we move him maybe for a pretty good package with him being the number one center in the league lol - GERBE!!!75PTS
Well you shouldn’t be. He’s one of the top 5 best two way centres in the game. If you’re looking for just points look elsewhere. But if you’re looking for some of the best two way game by one player look no further. |

Nuge and O’Reilly are pretty much the same player. Only difference is Nuge is younger, makes 1.5 mill per less, and is having a great first half. - Wildschwein

Rams were 11-5? was it cause of jared goff cause didnt most say they were gunna be terrible? - Sabresfan-365
They were 11-5 because of Gurley, their kicker Zuerlin or whatever and their D. |

A top 6 center, 295 points in 437 gms with inconsistent wingers every season. |
