I think it's a running joke, but not 100% sure. How's Lind looked lately?
- neem55

Haven't seen him in a month, because I was in a car accident, but last I saw he was a beast. Still think he's about a year or 2 away, but his compete level, hockey IQ and skill are top notch. With Dube getting the nod over him at the WJHC, I think only helped make him that much better.

I haven't had time to post much. I'm building a time machine so I can skip the rest of the season straight to the draft and ice off on my local lakes.

I'd do it. Maybe he re-signs with us, either way makes it easier to trade someone at TDL

Yeah, I know from talking to people who are in the know (some of the parents who board the kids while they're playing) that getting cut in favor of a more balanced team (and the fact that Kelowna really didn't want all 3 of their best players to potentially get injured away from the team) really pissed him off and he's trying to show Hockey Canada what a mistake it was to leave him off the team. He's been a demon in practice and weight room too. All good signs in regards to potentially translating to the NHL in a year or two.

Not sure you can say Dube got the nod over him ....one is a returning playing and was named Captain and the other didn’t make the team ...doesn’t mean Lind shouldn’t have been there or isn’t a better player than some that made it, just that he didn’t miss because Dube made it.

Love it! Two ways to react to something like that, I like how he chose!

So you're building a time machine, and your first instinct is to skip the rest of the season?

If I had a time machine, I would go kill Hitler.

You Canucks fans are really something else.

Sheesh.

That was a pretty weird game last night.

Franson is garbage! The last 2 or 3 off-seasons he has literally been the last UFA signed (usually by a team that has suffered a training camp injury) only to be put on waivers in the new year and never be claimed. He is f*cking garbage.

I don't think he's good. But he can play minutes and not have us play an AHL defenceman/let a young guy play in the AHL and get lots of minutes/experience. I don't see how we lose when our current 7-8 guys are Biega and Hutton, who in my opinion are lucky to be getting NHL minutes at all.
