Dahlen was a great trade. Brisebois is in his first pro year. ANA pick was used to upgrade from Bonino to Sutter and he got back a 3rd which is now a solid prospect(Lockwood)

For all the poor asset management we've seen from Benning, one more second round pick would/could go such a long ways this June to further improving the club.

I don't think there's been a GM in NHL history who's walked away with a perfect record, being just ok at your job isn't what fans should be happy with though.

At the end of the day the Canucks will get to where they want to go, they just perhaps could've got there faster.
