Its not just an age thing. It also depends on demographics. A 35 year old isnt necessarily generation x or millenial. Its a sliding scale. But in most instances you are usually correct.

Mid 80- mid 00’s are millenials.

Your 34/35 yr old friends are closer to gen x

You should be correct about Millennials, but unfortunately, the generally used definition for that group is 1980-2000. It's a bad grouping. I can relate very minimally to the life experiences of kids born in the 90s, and I absolutely relate more closely to the life experiences of Gen Xers (the later ones at least). So does everyone else I know in my age group.

The group needs to be split up. Or Gen X and Millennial need to be rejiggered so that there's something in between the two.

Or the media needs to stop relying on sweeping generalizations to describe millions of people born across decades.

All three of McCoy, Chudzinski, and Bills coach Sean McDermott all have Panthers connections. McCoy was on the Panthers' staff from 2000-2008, while Chudzinski was the OC in Carolina from 2011-2012 when McDermott ran the defense. McCoy was fired as the Broncos' OC in November as a scapegoat for the team's quarterback issues. Chud has been Indy's OC since November 2015.
