This is because that slacker Marwood cut corners and used sub part material while booner subcontracted the finishing to myself which is why his house has custom inlaid hardwood and tiles and yours has carpet and linoleum.

you guys can twist anything! Marwood didn't cut any corners, he worked with the blueprints I provided for him, I procured all the materials, the moral of the story is Booner traded away some good material for what he thought was better material but at the end of the day all his dealing slowed down his progress and that material he traded for turned out to be bad.
