Kid has a ton of talent. If canucks are ever going to gamble on a kid, i would prefer they do it now and not when they are established.

I don't think he's too different from Goldy. A lot of skill with questionable attitude and work ethic. More to the game then just waiting for the puck then trying to dangle around a bunch of players.

I like to watch skillful players but if that skill leads them to nowhere. What's the point.

It's going up to 78-82 million, my bad.

I think after this draft upcoming, we will be well stocked prospect wise and still continuing to add players of quality from lower in the draft as the team starts winning more games in the regular season. eg: Boeser, Gaudette, Demko, Lind, Gado... have not come from top 10 picks. This trend has no reason to end.

As for UFA’s its only top talent or elite D or C or 1yr plugs.
EK, JT, Carlson r fine IMO if possible.

Yeah, I still haven't figured out why players have to forfeit 10% of their contracts but yet the cap goes up every year. Shouldn't whatever extra is made be paid back to the players. We wonder why players salaries keep increasing well because you have a 5 million dollar player only getting 4.5 of his contract.

I know they all are but realistic, (I also said "from that draft year")
Brett Mckenzie hasn't improved much this season from last when they didn't even let him play a game in Utica.
Stukel seems to have improved his skating but i'm guessing ECHL.
Brassard (frank)en sucks man. His D play makes Ryan Merkley look like Tanev.

Dahlen and EP will probably come over.

Palmu will probably have another season over in Europe.
