Drop the Sedins. Sign a top 6 forward. Fillthe second forward position from within.

I think we can survive that strategy while the likes of Horvat, Boeser, JV, Gaudette and EP improve their game over the next couple of seasons. There are good prospects outside of that list as well.

JB should seriously try and sign Vanek to another 1 year in the summer if he gets a decent return at the TDL.

I have no idea how long of a contract are any of those players going to receive. I also don't have a problem signing someone like Grabner on a 2 year deal. Teams really aren't too high on rentals at the trade deadline anymore. Giving up picks and prospects for a player that can walk for free isn't good business.

3-11-2 in our last 16. Henrik has zero goals in his last 24 games. I think daniel has 1. I dont think they are doing insanely well as 2nd liners currently.

I think Canucks did excellent this off season. Isn't Vanek like our second or third best points player. I thing Gagner is finding his grove. Both players can be traded any time. This is what you need for stop gaps .
