IMO its a mistake to make a play for any of the available big name vet QBs. I think there are too many other holes that need to be filled while to make a serious SB run now - so I would go for a caretaker who can run the show while Rudolph gets comfortable w the NFL and use the higher draft picks to fill the holes.

I also think we will need to replace Shady before we actually play in the SB again - only because our optimal window doesn’t open until he ages out.

We have the draft capital, and teams know it. The Bills will have to overpay to move up that high. Unless they can unload Glenn/Tyrod to move up also, without losing picks, but I doubt it.

It's better to be in love with Rudolph, Jackson, or Allen than it is to be in love with Mayfield, Rosen, and Darnold at this point, because they are more likely candidates.
