Landry's hit on Aaron Williams kills that idea IMO. Half the Bills still hate him for that hit.

I’d love him here
I’m guessing we’d have to trade a 2nd for him

Griffin Reinhart went for a 1st well after he was known to be a bust

He was picked higher,
so maybe that example doesn’t work for my 2nd round point

I’m at work now,
but I’ll see if i can do some research & get back to you

yeah im mostly just curious but dont give up work for it lol

That hit was cheap for sure.
Lot's of turnover with personal though.
Different coach and gm

Wasn't it Landry that went off at the end of last game and got ejected? I know the RB got the boot, but thought he did as well. I just don't think there's a lot of love on either side. Lots of turnover for sure, but those types of things get remembered. Aaron was really well liked.

Both landry and the running back got booted.
I'm sure McDermott noticed that.

I think jarvis is a ufa?

Soon to be. Said Miami's contract negotiations were "disrespectful".

NEW YORK POST: Larry Brooks suggests if the Buffalo Sabres believe Evander Kane “can bring back a package featuring a first-rounder, a prospect and a roster player,”, New York Rangers winger Rick Nash “should be worth at least that, if not more.” Brooks made those remarks in his summary of the Rangers’ 4-3 win on Thursday over the Sabres, as Nash scored twice while Kane was largely invisibles.

He's not wrong. Nash has the reputation, scores more 5v5 and is significantly better defensively.

Kind of irreleveant, they're both UFA's highly likely to just be rentals for whatever team acquires them

Rangers fans are arrogant as (frank). Nash is 33...Kane is 26 and is a bruiser.

The value around this supposed 4 piece deal is also entirely skewed.

1st round pick: could be conditional and fall anywhere from 20-30

roster player: could literally mean anything from bad contract to expendable guy at deep position

prospect: again this could be anything, probably a bailey type or something

conditional pick: conditional on him re-signing which is really 50/50 maybe even less

Edit: I flat out overreacted to the asking price, it's so vague it basically opens the door to any offer

I hear ya. It's just more difficult for me to work with people I don't like, figure they'd avoid that type of situation. He's a talented possession receiver and we could use him, no argument about that.

It's different in football, it's such a big locker room. You don't ever even have to see a guy unless you play the same position.
