I thought the Leafs played very well last night, they have two of their three top 4 D injured.

Once this team gets healthy again, if they play like this they will go on a run.

People need to calm down about a loss, they turned it around in OTT, played well last night. A win tommorow and they win 2 of 3.

I think last night illustrated pretty clearly that while getting a top 2 D would be great, at minimum an upgrade in the bottom pair is desperately needed.

Trading Bozak would be awesome except for the fact that the Leafs would be boned down the middle for the rest of the season

I don't know where Carrick's confidence came from...but I will take it.

They are the 2nd pairing right now, but when Z and Rielly come back they slide to the 3rd pairing. It will help immensely.

Got to be creative, but it shouldnt stop them.

Fehr and Marincin are players they can send the other way to take out salary. Or even if they decide to replace Bozak.

Fehr and Marincin take up 1.25 of the cap, Fehr takes up 1 million.

Also, I would not be surprised at all if Lou dealt Komarov or Bozak, He has done it in the past if he had no interest in resigning someone.
