I thoroughly enjoyed watching the last three games. And yes with the way the lottery is today it’s really a crap shoot for the top 3 picks. But it’s always better to have the best odds regardless of prior misfortunes. I’ll take the best shot at Dahlin, Zadina, Svechnikov over someone picked in the latter half of the top 10. This is a deep draft and yes you can potentially find a diamond in the rough through rounds 1-3, and an elite player in the latter half of the top 10. But even if the Sabres strike gold with the Monahan or W. Nylander with a non-top 5 pick we are watching possibly Montreal and Ottawa walk out with the next Lidstrom or Kucherov
