Nobody liked the Wade Redden signing, but I think all of us around then were, "well, lets just see how he does". and instantly, from game 1, we were all like "OH NO"

Most of us were pretty positive about the Brendan Smith signing, but, now, I feel like I did with Redden all over again.

I don't think it's that bad. I like Smith, just not the one that started this season.

He's slowly becoming the guy again which the Rangers traded for. Ping-ponging from d-partner to d-partner isn't helping the matter, though.

Agreed. He actually has been pretty decent since coming back. Looks like he worked a lot on defense with the Pack.

seems like he's taking 2 bad penalties a game.

add in him throwing his arm up on the 2nd (?) goal list night like he's looking for an offisides in soccer was infuriating

I miss the chatter about the Rangers newest addition? Granted it's not a huge addition, but it adds some much needed grit to the lineup...and an upgrade to Tanner Glass.

Definitely think Deangelo will be on the club to finish the year and make it out of camp next year. He’s looked pretty good defensively, can see he has offensive instincts and plays with a bit of an edge. Get a top pair RHD and Shattenkirk and Deangelo for the 2nd/3rd pair and I think we’ll be ok.
