Flames dominating this game since early...on their way to 40+ shots on Glass. Not even mad about it at this point. Defense is terrible.

But the bad part about f 15-0-2 is that only 17 times in 51 games have they had a lead going into the third.

before the game toews talked about bringing that playoff intensity...honestly have you seen anything close to that from him tonight...or i am so conditioned to his meh play thats all i see...

The faceoff game of 8 has to be dealt with. Consistently below 30%...otherwise he played a good game. But man he SUX on draws.

Seabrook is laughable at this point. Slow, falling down all the time, other team toys with him at this point. Looks like the expiration date is well past.

Vinnie, Wingels, even Jurco looked good.

Would be awesome if the 19 line EVER could do what the 23 line for Calgary was doing to the Hawks.

Sadly, the Hawks probably won't get a lottery pick. They will do what the Bears did for so many years, win a few meaningless games to kill a high draft position while still not be a credible playoff candidate. At this point the Hawks need to lose in a big way to catch Florida, Edmonton, Detroit and Vancouver. They need to go on a huge losing streak....like 9 of 10 losses. Only chance of that happening is to double shift Seabrook.

Funny. Why would they want a 10.5 million guy on pace for 49 points?

Keith is still a top 4 defender. Maybe top pair, but definitely top 4.
Oesterle? Probably better in bottom pair but maybe middle pair if he's with a guy like Keith.
Seabrook & Murphy are bottom pair level players right now.
Kempny and Rutta are both probably 7th defensemen at this point.
That's not good.
Is the future top pairing even in the organization right now?

Kane is the best player on the team but he looks frustrated most of the time.
Schmaltz might be the second best player on this team. Him or Keith.
Vinnie is playing well. Kampf does some good things. Duclair and Debrincat has their moments. AA does some good things. Toews is ok; wish he made half as much.

There just isn't enough talent on this team to compete this year. Eddie O was right after the game, a lot of guys underachieving.
