For 7.8mill....yes...Nash production doesn't reflect that, but for a rental, w/ most if not all of his remaining salary being pciked up by NYR, and then plugging him into a 2nd line role on a team who is playoff or stanley cup bound.......He's worth a 1st

He is physical, hard to play against and way better TWO WAY PLAYER. kane will double nash point out when they get traded. nash will play on third line of a playoff team and kane and Pac will play on top two lines.

Not a long time ago, I remember his name being thrown around for the Selke (and still have a solid 2 way game)

Yes he is having a tough season (which happens to many players during their careers) but you can easily tell by the way he was/is playing recently that it is just an outlier. Easy bet on a bounce back season next year, no matter where he plays.
