It's a Catch 22, because the trade market may not be fully developed at this point, meaning that competition to acquire a player can drive up the price you get for him. But, if there is a good deal now, by all means take it even if you think you could get a little more at the deadline. It's such a touch risk reward analysis, and it's damn hard to healthy scratch a player for three weeks. The whole situation kind of sucks.

Nash is flying out there because he wants out.... If the NYR resign him next year, guaranteed he will suck.... Dont feel bad for the king... He has probably earned close to $100 million...not too shabby..
