I don't disagree with you there, but Kane is hard to play with and Wilson is bad. He'll get 20 goals this year. Next year hopefuully he'll have more skilled wingers, and his assists will go up. A rising tide raises all ships

and a team consistently last in the east since ROR came here


he is not the solution


and he will be on the decline, and my guess is the decline is a quick decline like mike richards

not to mention botts wants an up tempo north/south team which ror does not play that game


if murray did a decent job building the pipeline and responsible with the cap, you can easily overcome the ror contract


but this team is so bad, you probably need to explore every roster spot expect jack, and you need difference makers and value deals in a cap era


ror is not a value player, and IMO not a difference maker


you keep wanting to make it about kane, and kane is as good as gone where ror is an issue for this team in the short term and the long term when his average skills decline

I would trade Reinhart. I think he's the odd man out. The Sabres need faster wingers. They have a ton of cap space to swing some deals.

Something like an effective, fast, but overpaid winger (idk who fits that) + a Dman for Reinhart and a pick

I doubt it. A ton of Eichel's goals are the result of ROR winning the draw. Plus, once Kane is traded, ROR is statistically the second best offensive player on the team (I believe they're tied right now). He'll be on PP1 for a while imo

Wrong, you never stop about him, everyday about Kane. We get it you and over half the blog do not like him or like the trade. He will be gone so all will be well. Then it will be ROR all the time.

Guhle isn't a forward, Nylander is a ways off from being even an NHL player, let alone a first PP guy, and mittelstadt isn't even signed. Even if mittelstadt and Guhle make the team and get on PP1, ROR is still there.

Check out Eichel's ot PP winner a few games ago, or his goal last game. Both of those were ROR wins. Despite the PP being bad this year, he was a main reason it was #1 last year. I highly doubt he's getting moved off that

36 points is 36 points. Which they both have. RoR - 27th in cap hit and a year older.
