I don’t know what game you were watching but the one i saw against boston last night the Sabres were lucky they didn’t get blown out in the 1st period.

The caught some lucky bounces on the bruins miscues and started playing better midway thru the 2nd period. Great pass by Sam to Evander for the break away!

I can’t imagine a playoff team that would play him as much as the Sabres do.

Kane has never torn it up. He had only one 30 goal season out of 8 or 9 now. He's decent, not elite, and without a great center setting him up all the time, he can be invisible. Your boner for Kane is ridiculous.

If everything clicks, Kane might hit 30g again. The odds are against it. He's at an age where he should start to decline. Even if he goes off next year and nets 35, I'll never say they should have resigned him. He hasn't fit well with Jack or RoR and he's just a very risky long term signing to begin with.

Whistling drives me nuts.
