Other than the awful first 10 minutes, might I say the Rangers have actually been playing solid since then
- mdw7413

It's why never give up...this team just needed one run in them. Hopefully this is it

Pionk stellar play
- Slimtj100

Seeing Gilmour, Pionk and DeAngelo of late really seems to be a nice peek at the future if they continue to improve

Just sucks that’s all everyone will talk about
- Slimtj100

We aren't. I mean it needs to be talked about, its a big part of the game. Real sloppy play there in the 1st, and its the reason they are down right now, but the fight back should also be recognized.

You wonder how much this goes into the thinking of a McDonagh trade. Granted it a very small sample size, but they don't seem to be having much trouble since Smith went down and McDonagh hurt

It's early still but I like what Deangelo has brought and Gilmour and Pionk look solid as well.

Still cracks me up when I was watching the NHL Network last week and they were discussing McDonagh for Evander Kane and a 5th
- TPC

I saw that, and was surprised they didn't say McDonagh & a 1st for Kane & a 5th, with the way that network views the Rangers, (except for Kevin Weekes when the Rangers were at their hottest stretch of the season). Other than Crosby's great game on Sunday, to deserve their #1 Star of the Day, Hank wasn't given either of their two other Stars, in allowing only 1 goal in that win at Winnipeg. In fact, they didn't even show his greatest saves of that game on that game's highlights.

Glad I didn't bail on the game, just went into another room right before Gilmour scored. The Rangers turned it around.

Only got to watch the 3rd, found myself rooting for the tying goal but not at all upset they lost

Was Hank bad or was it the entire team in the first 6 minutes?

Nah, turnovers killed them the 1st 10 minutes. Other than that they played a good game. Minn played really good D in the 3rd though

Bunch of turnovers that lead to the early goals. From the first 10 minutes on they played a great game.

Turnovers galore. But they may have played the best period all year in the second. Gilmour Poink Deangelo and Sproul all looked good. If this was a regular season game where it mattered it would be a devastating loss lol. But hey they are showing life with these kids. Much more life in everyone really

Rangers completely different team since this letter came out. They have life
- Slimtj100

Well shame on them for not playing with a spark for the first 54 games, I don’t feel sorry for them, players deserve to be traded, we need to sell
