Not too sure, most of us here avoid that area of the city like the plague. But, I’d bet they’re close. We got a couple feet of snow dumped on us, then some freezing rain to top it off.
It does look neat when they freeze, but it is only over the top. The water doesn’t actually stop flowing. My parents neighbourhood would get completely flooded if that happened!

I never said she was, I theorized it might not be unimaginable if she was a normal size.
