On a serious note, a friend of mine is training Hamilton, and he looks great (from where he started). I'm sure he slips up, but he's really turned his life and his health around.

-a top4 defenseman (Guhle)
-either a #1 defenseman or #1 winger
-plus lots of young players who are ready to make the leap & provide depth

There's a difference in thinking they're "good" and believing they'd actually put out an honest, committed effort.
He's blowing up because of a lack of focus, because he sees the same mistakes every game, because they play 20-30 minutes of a 60 minute game. No one said Botterill is blowing up because he thought the team was good.
