Yea only downside is no draft beers. I noticed Alot of customers seemed to be turned off by that. They could easily put a draft system in there. Enough space in the basement fro a cooler.

Draught beer is supremely overrated imo. Havent had one in a decade. Most places rarely clean their lines and the beer always tastes off. Give me a bottle any day over draught, consistent and always cold.

I miss steakout sauce, and good wings, and buffalo pizza, and especially chicken finger subs. It is factually impossible to get a good chicken finger sub outside of buffalo. Costanzos rolls make that sandwich.

MAYBE 25% cleaned their lines on a regular basis

Only one place i worked at in over 16 years in the business cleaned their draught lines regularly. If youre at 25% i would say thats pretty good. Ill take the under on that bet. (frank)ing gross.

Ehh idk man. I mean I guess it depends what kind of beer you like. But I appreciate a nice selection of craft beers on tap. I dont go to too many $hithole type places but if I do , i do tend to avoid the drafts. I live in Allentown and frequent ABV. I know they have clean lines and always have a big selection of crafts. When I bartended, people def asked pretty frequently for drafts. Its a good way to introduce local beers
