My girl goes every morning before work and after, but she's a boxer. The morning is usually circuit training, and the afternoon is training at WNY MMA.

If you're familiar with WNY, I used to go to Best Fitness which is now Catalyst. I had to stop going. Too many InstaFits trying to (frank)ing film the entire time. It's so disrespectful to do that in the gym. Need to wait around to use a bench because Brad/Chad is over there filming his set of 3 on the bench press. Or the skinny female dog squatted 135. Also, I'm pretty sure you need a waiver to film in a private location.

This really makes me miss Terry's Workout Center on Hertel, but I don't live over there any longer. Maybe I'll be an old fart and join Planet Fitness lol
