He's cost controlled
1 of 3 decent, proven defensemen on this team
Probably won't get a player of equal value in the 2nd round
He's 28, hardly a geezer - jcragcrumple
if we move him i would like for it to be more than a second.. it needs to be in a trade to move the needle for a better prospect or higher picks.. not just a 2nd. but that is just me

Yeah, someone ready now. A young, fast top-end LW prospect who has already gotten his feet wet in the NHL. A 2018 2nd round pick for Scandella hurts this team more than it helps

Technically, no Christian can eat pork, ever. Well, mark says you can later on. It's confusing - jcragcrumple
The Old Testament is Jewish law. It was wiped away in the New Testament and says as such. Christians are not bound to avoid pork or any animal that was deemed "unclean" in the Old Testament. That's why they Jewish people (the extremely devout ones, anyway) still follow it. They don't believe Jesus was the Messiah and they therefore do not see the New Testament as valid.

Not coming at God, just that you need to take the things written in the Bible with a grain of salt since they were written based on stories passed down for a while.
Also the Bible was written by MEN which means inherently they will have some sort of bias to whatever personal beliefs they hold independent of the events they are trying to convey.

Hey don't come at my god
- GERBE!!!75PTS
Gerbe, I admire your commitment. Regardless of what is in the bible, making a commitment to not eat meat is a sacrifice that isn't easy to do, especially for someone that doesn't eat fish, like me. Also, you are an early bird. You get your day and workouts started early for people living on the East coast. I wish I had your discipline in that regard.

Well put - jcragcrumple
It should also be known that the laws contained in Leviticus, Deuteronomy, etc. were laws of a society. They were the rule of law for the nation of Israel.
When the Church was established in the New Testament, and Gentiles were allowed, they were no longer establishing a country.
