After reading your column Pach, i am thinking that we'll be lucky to get a 2nd and prospect for Kane. I have to believe those 3 off ice incidents you mentioned and his supposed teammate run-ins (see: Byfuglin, Justin Falk earlier this year) are what's holding back the trading of Kane for a decent haul. I hope i am wrong but we will find out by noon on Monday.

He’s a good goal scorer. But he also is terrible at other things that bring his value down.

Scott Cullen from TSN was on WGR yesterday and said Kane should be viewed as a secondary scorer. Not someone to rely on for offense.
