According to EK, Cole is headed back to the Metro

He’s a good goal scorer. But he also is terrible at other things that bring his value down.

Scott Cullen from TSN was on WGR yesterday and said Kane should be viewed as a secondary scorer. Not someone to rely on for offense.

and he was on the second powerplay unit...he was tied for seventh in 5v5 goals, which is and has been a glaring weakness on this team (see ROR-hate)...

every player above him in those rankings, save for jeff skinner played for much better teams

I think most thought he would be in the 25-30 range...health was an issue, which you mentioned numerous times over the years...he averaged 23 on a team that didn't score much...

You keep just mentioning goals. His terrible passing is a reason he never racks up points consistently.

He’s a one dimensional player. Yes, a good goal scorer.

But if there is a single person who didn’t expect 30 goals once over 3 years here, they are flat out lying. He didn’t meet expectations when we acquired him
