When someone goes on LTIR like Hosea, Pronger, Etc
They don’t count against the Cap during the regular season
It counts against their offseason #
Which u can exceed by 10% i believe
Then comes off when the season starts |

Again, completely wrong.
It will take you 5 seconds to open the Hawks on cap friendly and see that he does count against their caps. A few more clicks will take you to their LTIR FAQ page.
The first thing it will tell you is: "When a player is placed on LTIR, their cap hit remains on the teams cap payroll and it continues to count as it always did".

No, they count in the current year, if you have space. LTIR relief does not count.
Cap friendly even shows it in their projections.
