The convo would start around high picks and elite talent on elc deals.
Its not going to happen anyways.

I think adding Mittelstadt, Guhle, and either Zadina/Svech/Dahlin, is going to go a long way in making the faithful happy next season. I know people are sick of seeing what's on the ice, but all three zones, goalie, Defense, and Offense, are going to be receiving an overhaul this summer.

Hull had a higher ppg average than kane over a far longer career.
Kane would have to play another 6 years at 100pts per year to catch him.
I can certainly make the argument.

Cliff pu almost made the team this year. I have seen a lot of tape on him lately, he is a really slick skater. He looks really good to me, he will skate circles around mittelstadt and everyone here knows how high i am on him. I would love his speed and hands in this lineup sometime soon as well.

I would never say to not listen to any proposal. But, like most have suggested, we're probably looking at something like Mittelstadt, Guhle, and our 1st this year. To me, that's way too high for a few more solid years of Kane. I think we're better off in keeping these guys here and letting Mittelstadt and Svech/Zardina be Jack's wingers for years to come.

I dont disagree. I was thinking that in the spring of 1999 late one night sitting in section 114 row 20 seat 2 as i was waiting for the players to come back on the ice and continue a game that shouldnt have been over. But, he was really(frank)ing good.
