We're going to be fine.
All i want next year as a sth is excitement.
Some good young guys playing with speed.
Guhle
Mitts
Nylander
Ullmark
I think we are going to surprise some teams. - Boss34
I guess our expectations are different then. |

If the Pegulas really wanted Kane gone,
it wouldn’t have taken this long
They’d have traded him much much sooner - jdfitz77
i dont doubt that. the op commented that when botts was asked if the pegulas had any say in it and he said no. the op was then saying that we should just believe that at face value.
my point was that he would never say so no matter what. bandit immediately commented that botts wants to keep his job. i agreed. that comment he made today in no way tells us whether or not the pegulas were involved. thats all. |

I shouldn't have said "all I want".
I wouldn't be mad if they were exciting and won too
Are you turning your tickets in? |

You can still feel pain? Because of this team, I'm completely numb and all nerve endings have shorted out a few years ago. - PrinceChill
yes...i'm sorry to say |
|
|
|
I agree %100.
He was a good coach. 7th all time nhl wins?
Always a lack of talent and soft players. - Boss34
lack of centers especially...he couldn't be any worse than Housley...and we know how t-pegs feels about him as his coach |

These guys in high power positions stretch the truth?
Isn't that part of the job?
Handling questions and giving b.s. answers with out flinching? |

😀
Hopefully you read the whole book and not just the front cover - Boss34
I did, but if this team is conservative with it's prospects and moves this summer, it could be worse next season.
To make a big jump, it takes big contributions from a lot of rookies. It's a lot to ask for. |

That scares me. He's played a decent 15 game stretch and it's a feel-good story, but statistically, he hasn't been very good. I'm not sold on him as more than a 6/7 yet.
Pysyk is a much better player with a much stronger body of work. - Lunaion
he's not as good defensively as pissboy, but he fluently joins the rush and has the uncanny ability to get shots through from the point...you can always refine your defense but those two offensive attributes are hard to teach |

Bring him and pat Kane in together
Name pk88 as captain.
Ticket sales need a boost
Michael what do you think about pk88?
Is it a crazy scenario |

Lindy and Bryan Murray, 'you go after Peters...don't (frank)ing go after our captain'.
I'd love to just have Lindy's passion behind the bench again just to let me know that someone on that bench is indeed alive. |

They're in my name but I split them. I've told the others I'll do one more year to see if there's any improvement under botts but only if everyone else is in. I can't eat that many tickets. I don't get rid of all of them as it is so the ten or so games I have to eat is enough. Today is close to making me say frank it, I'm done. At this point there really is zero benefit to being a sth. |

heard he just sold his house in buffalo...wouldn't touch him...he's got it great in Chicago...bringing him back to buffalo would be a disaster for both him and the team, imo |

Pysyk blows. Completley irrelevant. Kulikov is more valuable to Jets than Pysyk is to the Panthers. |

I was hoping for more but it is what it is . Missing our top 2 players for the next few weeks is gonna suck.
In the bad way. - cabin
We might finish last again

next year's another evaluation/throw-away year then, I believe, the cba is up and there will be another lockout...2020 isn't that far away and for us older folks, time does move faster as we get older...
think of it, seems like it was just last week that Pegula bought the sabres - Michael Pachla
My 15 year high school reunion is coming up, it seems like just yesterday it was 10 years. I can only imagine what 30 is going to feel like. |

That would be fun for the fans |

Got the wrong Sabres DMan alumni. Should’ve got Shoenfeld. “Go eat another doughnut you fat pig.” Now that was passion. And hilarious. Can’t believe that was the guy from the City Mattress commercials. |

Maybe....hopefully. These 15 games really games really came out of no where though. Beforehand, no one from Rochester thought he was going to make the jump.
A big salary and expectations has to make you nervous.

Why can't we be like Toronto next year?
Nylander - Nylander
Marner - Casey
Matthews - eichel
Kadri- ror
Reilly - risto
Guhle
2018 pick.
Even if the left side is better than the right side, how far of a reach is it? - Boss34
No Gardiner, someone who incidentally that took until they were 26 before they really started showing how good they were. And saying Nylander = Nylander is a stretch, as is saying Mittelstadt = Marner simply because he has yet to play a game. |
